Chatbots

At a well-known university in Christchurch, I develop an OpenAI ChatBlock for Moodle that enables the creation of custom AI chatbots tailored to specific courses and teaching approaches. These chatbots provide guided support, contextual feedback, and on-demand assistance while maintaining academic integrity. By leveraging multiple models and advanced LLM skills, the system can be adapted across subjects, from tutoring support to content summarisation.

I build business chatbots using Python and tools like Flask, FastAPI, and LangChain, alongside APIs from OpenAI. These chatbots are designed to automate customer support, streamline workflows, and deliver intelligent, context-aware responses. By combining multiple models and LLM capabilities, I create scalable solutions that integrate into websites and business systems, improving efficiency and user engagement.
